How does the contest work?
It's easy! Snap an awesome photo of your pet and upload it on the "Submit an Entry" page. Entries are $25 each.
Get your family and friends to vote, look at other people's pets, and vote for your favorite!
Only one pet per photo, please!
Winners will be announced May 13 at the Humane Society of South Mississippi's Diamonds for Dogs event at the IP Casino in Biloxi. The event begins at 6:30 p.m..
A word about voting
Once votes are purchased, they must be cast for a pet in order to count. Votes that have been purchased but not cast by the time voting ends will not be counted.
Are there prizes?
Yes! We've got great prizes. The top 12 pets will be featured in a 2012 calendar produced for the Humane Society of South Mississippi. The top pet is on the cover!
When will winners be announced?
Voting ends at 6 p.m. May 11, but official winners will not be announced until May 13. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Humane Society of South Mississippi. The contest is co-sponsored by Tail Waggers and Sun Herald MultiMedia
